Tornado forming in Michigan caught on camera

People in southwest Michigan are getting a clearer look at the damage after at least two tornadoes touched down in our area.

Governor Gretchen Whitmer has declared a state of emergency for areas impacted by the storms, including Cass and St. Joseph Counties.
