I think using a tanker truck of liquid nitrogen (or any supercooled liquid) and spraying it on the surface of the tank would avert detonation.
A tent over the tanks could be filled with supercooled air. It could also aide to cool the site of any drilling into the tank.
Meanwhile, Gov. Newson has ignored this disaster. No comment, no visit to the site…crickets. A true leader for the USA.
