He approached the horse when it was looking away so it didn't see him approach so he ended up startling it and it reacted accordingly.
This is why with large prey animals like horses and cows you ALWAYS make sure they can see you when you approach them because there's no amount of desensitising that will stop them from kicking suddenly if they're suddenly touched by someone or something they don't know is there out of reflexive self defence.

乗ってる時の騎手の頭がグラングランしてるのが気になる。 体調悪いまま騎乗したとかないよね。それに気づいた馬が蹴ったとか

馬の問題よりも騎手の問題だろうな・・・・自業自得です。

危なくて怖いですね！騎馬兵だった祖父が馬の後ろには行くな！て言ってました！ライオンがキリンやシマウマを襲って後ろ足で蹴られたら頭部が割れるらしいです😅

乗り方がおかしいですね。
最初の時点で馬に舐められてる。
2周暴走した後なので腕、足の感覚はなく自分の体重で馬を止めているのでああいう乗り方になります。むしろ2周乗り続けて帰ってきた事が素晴らしいです。放馬すれば馬は大事故になってたかもしれないですから。
