777ER Left Bogota with narrow fuel. It would have had even more of an issue if it went to an alternative strip. I am surprised we aren't seeing this more often with fuel prices and availability.
Dude I saw that plane twice this morning on my way to my girlfriends house. It went over Hialeah twice and that to me is a rare occurrence. You don’t see that many overhead in Hialeah.
Mostly pilot fault for accepting A/C with too little room for emergencies, and should have declared minimum fuel before fuel emergency AND partly ATC fault for poor windsheer guidance, and not telling the Boeing to expedite runway exit.

It's common in MIA, Miami for planes to linger on the runways, at least they were light. Most emergency landings used to be heavy when I lived there.
