BREAKING: Henry Nowak’s killer referred to Court of Appeal amid fury over prison sentence.
Solicitor General Ellie Reeves handed the sentence over to the court under the Unduly Lenient Sentence scheme, adding that the case “horrified” her.
The Court of Appeal will now decide whether the sentence imposed on the murderer has met the requirements to amend the sentence.
Digwa was jailed for life on June 1, with a minimum of 21 years for the murder of the 18-year-old university student last December.

The filth should be put in prison and pensions gone to a children’s hospital or hospice. The family should be put in prison and on release returned to their own country and any property. Houses businesses should be sold to pay for their stay in prison.
The court of appeal will most probably reduce the sentence.

I'm glad this was rushed through. Shame we can't rush these appeals through when it's a innocent person in jail. But I'll take the win in hopes this man never sees the light of day again. But really where are the court cases for all that was involved. Many people had a hand in this young man's (kids) death. We talk about accountability or does that only apply to law abiding citizens.

Can Henry have his sentence reviewed? No. SO WHY SHOULD THE KILLER? If anything, it should be lengthened. He was found guilty by his peers. And now to go after the other culprits…..
Novak must have done something wrong for the Sikh boy to hit him; the entire group cannot be blamed for this. The people of England need to understand that one reaps what one sows. Let the police investigate and clarify the matter; do not take the law into your own hands.
