Videos reveal allegations against Rep. Max Miller
Mother Jones has published body camera and interview footage from a child abuse investigation involving Rep. Max Miller. The footage was obtained via a public records request from the City of Bay Village in Ohio, where the investigation took place.
Miller continues to deny the abuse allegations made by his ex-wife, Emily Moreno.
Michael Steele plays part of the clip obtained by Mother Jones, where a child protective specialist describes an injury his 2-year-old daughter sustained while in his care.

Breaking the clavicle is actually very rare, especially on young children. Their bones and joints are very malleable. It takes a large amount of force to cause injuries on toddlers in this manner

The video has validity in the narrow sense that it shows authentic investigative footage and statements obtained through public records. The underlying child-abuse claim against Miller was investigated and closed as unsubstantiated.

I have 3 kids. At no point did any of them break their collarbone and at no time did anyone in the VA system warn me that collarbones breaking is natural for kids. This guy is lying.
