ICE plans to give immigration agents electric shock gloves
The Department of Homeland Security plans to allocate up to $20 million to purchase gloves for Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents that can send electric shocks to a person’s skin upon contact, according to a notice released this week.

Those gloves are really painful and cruel. They don't work on some people, others it makes them really angry causing them to fight harder. The criminal organization may increase its murders.
