The civil lawsuit, filed by Mansfield Oil Company against fuel supplier KRSM Inc. and its president, Syed Kazmi, claims that KRSM took 1.1 million gallons of fuel worth nearly $4 million on Mansfield's account and never paid for it. KRSM then allegedly sold a portion of this unpaid fuel to stations in the Freedom Fuel Network, enabling them to offer heavily discounted pump prices.
